Knee rehab · ₹700 per visit
Android first for solo physiotherapists in India
VisitWise helps solo physiotherapists record completed visits, track manual payments, see current dues, and send reviewed WhatsApp reminders without turning practice admin into a spreadsheet.
Knee rehab · ₹700 per visit
Back pain · ₹900 per visit
Shoulder mobility · ₹800 per visit
The everyday problem
Home-visit admin often sits across memory, WhatsApp, notes, diaries, and payment screenshots. That makes the end of the day heavier than it needs to be.
When a patient pays late or in parts, it should be clear what is still owed today.
Completed visits are easy to forget when logging happens after travel and treatment time.
A calmer source of truth helps prevent awkward follow-ups and unclear patient conversations.
Product promise
VisitWise stays focused on the work around completed home visits: what happened, what was paid, what is currently due, and what needs a reviewed reminder.
Keep active patient rows and practice totals in the first screenful.
Record today or backfill missed completed visits from the patient profile.
Add cash, UPI, or other payments when they happen.
Preview the message first, then send it yourself when it is right.
How it works
Keep name, phone, condition, charge, and notes in one patient record.
Log sessions that already happened. VisitWise is not a scheduler.
Record manual patient-level payments without moving money inside the app.
See current dues, paid ahead balances, period earnings, and messages to review.
Feature highlights
Record completed visits quickly, including dates you missed after a busy day.
Track cash, UPI, and other manual payments against patient history.
Review earned, collected, current dues, and paid-ahead amounts without turning it into a finance dashboard.
Get a daily nudge to log visits and preview WhatsApp payment reminders before sending.
Keep condition, charge, phone, notes, contact actions, visits, and payments in one patient source of truth.
India first
Money is written in rupees with clear labels for current dues, paid ahead, and collected amounts.
Reminder messages are reviewed by the therapist. VisitWise does not send them without you.
Contact import is limited to what the app needs: patient name and phone number.
The first public release is planned around an Android beta for the mobile workflow.
VisitWise is for the therapist. Patients do not need to install anything.
No clinic team tools, payment gateway, patient portal, or clinical record system in the first release.
Data controls
Google Play requires an outside-the-app deletion path for apps with account creation. VisitWise keeps that request path public so a therapist can start deletion even if the app is unavailable or already uninstalled.
The public page explains what to send to info@visitwise.in, including the VisitWise account email or phone number needed to identify the account.
Deletion covers the therapist account and associated VisitWise records such as patients, visits, payments, reminders, and app preferences, subject to legitimate retention needs.
The same footer also links Privacy, Terms, Support, and the account-deletion resource required for Play Console review.
We are starting with a focused Android beta for solo physiotherapists. If you track home visits, payments, and dues manually today, VisitWise is being built for that exact routine.
Android first. Google Play beta planned.
