VisitWise is provided by Sthiraa Healthcare Services. By using VisitWise, you agree to use it only for lawful practice-admin workflows and to keep the information you enter accurate and appropriate for your professional responsibilities.

Using VisitWise
VisitWise is intended for solo physiotherapists in India who manage their own home-visit records. Users are responsible for the accuracy of the patient, visit, payment, dues, and notes they enter.
Patients do not need to install VisitWise or log in to use the therapist's records.
Manual payments and reminders
VisitWise records manual payments. It does not move money, collect payments, issue invoices, issue receipts, or guarantee recovery of dues.
WhatsApp reminders are prepared for therapist review and sent only when the therapist chooses to open WhatsApp and send the message. VisitWise does not automatically message patients.
Health and clinical responsibility
VisitWise is an admin companion, not a medical device, electronic health record, telehealth service, diagnosis tool, emergency service, or clinical decision system. Therapists remain responsible for clinical judgment, patient communication, consent, record accuracy, and professional obligations.
User responsibilities
- Use VisitWise only for records you are permitted to create and manage.
- Get any patient permissions you need before entering patient contact, health, visit, or payment information.
- Do not enter unnecessary sensitive data, real patient data during testing, or information that you are not authorized to store.
- Keep your Google account and device secure, and sign out if you stop using the app on a shared device.
- Review WhatsApp messages, patient details, visit records, and payment entries before relying on them.
Third-party services
VisitWise may rely on third-party services for Google sign-in, backend hosting, push notifications, analytics, diagnostics, email support, Google Play distribution, WhatsApp handoff, and map links. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices.
Beta availability
The first VisitWise release is planned as an Android and Google Play beta. Features, availability, pricing, and support processes may change as the beta is refined.
VisitWise may be changed, paused, or discontinued if needed for security, reliability, compliance, or product reasons. During beta, support response times are not guaranteed.

The VisitWise Privacy Policy explains what data is collected, why it is used, how it is protected, and how users can request deletion. Read it at visitwise.in/privacy.
Account and data deletion
Users can request account deletion at visitwise.in/account-deletion or by emailing info@visitwise.in.
Deletion may be subject to verification and limited retention for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, backup integrity, incident handling, or audit logs where needed.
Liability and acceptable use
VisitWise is provided for practice-admin support during beta. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VisitWise is not responsible for clinical decisions, patient outcomes, unpaid dues, failed external services, or inaccurate records entered by the user.
Do not misuse VisitWise, attempt to access another user's data, interfere with the service, reverse engineer the app, or use it for unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized purposes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
