How to request deletion
- Email info@visitwise.in with the subject "Delete my VisitWise account".
- Include the VisitWise account email or phone number that identifies your account.
- Confirm that you want your VisitWise account and associated app data deleted.
- VisitWise support may reply to verify ownership before processing the deletion request.
Data deleted with the account
Verified deletion requests are processed within 30 days. When completed, VisitWise deletes the therapist account and associated app records such as patient records, visits, manual payment records, dues state, reminder settings, notification tokens, app preferences, and support-linked account data. Copies in routine backups are removed on the normal backup-rotation schedule.
Data that may be retained briefly
Some data may be retained for a limited period where needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, backup integrity, incident handling, or audit logs. Audit log entries are retained for up to 180 days. Retained data is limited to what is needed for those purposes.
Patient data deletion
If you only need deletion of specific patient data rather than the whole account, email support with the request. Do not include sensitive patient details in the first email unless support asks for the minimum information needed to identify the record.
No app access required
You do not need to reinstall or open VisitWise to start this request. This public page exists so account deletion can be requested outside the app.
