Where do I get VisitWise?

On Google Play, as in.visitwise.app. It is an Android app and there is no iOS or web version.

What does it cost?

Nothing. VisitWise is free to use, and the free version stays useful on its own.

Is VisitWise a scheduler?

No. VisitWise records visits that already happened. There are no appointments, bookings, or slots.

Do patients need to install anything?

No. VisitWise is for the therapist. Patients only receive a call, a WhatsApp message, or a location link when you choose to contact them.

Does VisitWise collect money?

No. Payments are recorded manually. VisitWise is not a payment gateway and does not move money.

Does it send WhatsApp reminders by itself?

No. You read the message first, then send it yourself.

Is this for clinics or teams?

No. VisitWise is built for solo physiotherapists. There are no team accounts or shared clinic records.
